58. Project/Program Manager III (Contingency)
Description:
The objective of this Task Order is to acquire a range of services to provide the CNAL with an integrated contractor team with the competency, capacity and capability to provide the full range of the following support services to assist and support the CDM to carry out its duties and responsibilities including:
Conducting aviation cost, demand, readiness, supply and maintenance analysis
Analysis to support identification of cost, demand and readiness related improvement opportunities
Analysis to support development and implementation of solutions for identified opportunities
Analysis to support integration of O and I-level repair and sustainment improvement efforts across NAVSUP WSS, NAVAIR CNAF and other stakeholder organizations
Tracking and reporting on improvements
Development of supporting analytical tools, processes, metrics and dashboards
Project management, administrative, governance and reporting support for CDM activities
Expertise, skill sets, and experience must support CNAL’s ability to respond to U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), Commander, Naval Air Forces (COMNAVAIRFOR), Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), joint, allied and coalition requirements. It is anticipated that program requirements and objectives will change over the life of this task order. Therefore, the CDM will modify this task order, as necessary, to incorporate any in-scope changes. The contractor is encouraged to support and suggest incorporating innovative and emerging technologies that enhance both our products and their mission performance.
Requirements:
Project/Program Manager III Salary $135,740.80
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, or Business.
Experience: Fifteen (15) years of technical experience in support of program/projects, to include: Equipment Support, System Support, and Programmatic Support. Experience shall include at least eight (8) years of Program Management experience, to include: Technology Assessments, Systems Design, Systems Analysis, Programmatic Support, Acquisition Planning, and Budget Planning. Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD procurement policies and procedures. Individual shall have written and oral communications abilities commensurate with this management role.
