Project Manager
OverviewWe're seeking a seasoned, detail-oriented Technical Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of network and software rollouts across a diverse client base. This role owns the full delivery journey—from early proposal support through final commissioning—ensuring technology solutions are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with modern workplace standards. You'll bring together internal teams, external partners, and customers to deliver repeatable, high-quality deployments that reflect the company's commitment to excellence and customer experience.ResponsibilitiesLead projects through the complete delivery lifecycle, from initial scoping and proposal to go-live and operational handoffBuild, maintain, and communicate comprehensive project plans spanning multiple internal teams and external partnersCoordinate resources such as field technicians, internet service providers, low-voltage/structured cabling vendors, and equipment suppliersOversee internet circuit delivery, including carrier engagement, ordering, validation, testing, and timely activationAct as the main point of contact for clients regarding project status, readiness, milestones, and deployment progressEnsure all deployments meet defined brand standards, quality benchmarks, and agreed timelinesProactively identify risks, manage scope changes, and drive formal change control when requiredManage pre-construction and construction-related activities, including MDF/IDF readiness, cabling requirements, and infrastructure dependenciesAlign delivery milestones across procurement, engineering, software, and operations teamsMaintain accurate project documentation, status reporting, and delivery recordsPartner with pre-sales teams to help define scope, delivery approach, timelines, and technical requirementsLead internal and client-facing project meetings, driving clear ownership and next stepsContinuously improve deployment processes, documentation, tools, and playbooksContribute positively to the team and help reinforce a culture of accountability, quality, and high delivery standardsRequired QualificationsDemonstrated experience leading technical deployments within IT, networking, telecommunications, or related environmentsHands-on experience managing internet circuit provisioning and working directly with carriers or aggregatorsSolid understanding of network infrastructure, dependencies, and deployment sequencingStrong written and verbal communication skills with a proactive, follow-through-oriented approachProven ability to juggle multiple complex projects while maintaining accuracy and urgencyProcess-focused mindset with experience creating or refining scalable delivery frameworksHigh attention to detail with a strong commitment to documentation and clear communicationComfort working with a wide range of stakeholders, including executives, landlords, construction partners, and technical teamsResourceful problem-solver with a strong sense of ownership and accountabilityPreferred ExperienceExposure to managed services, SaaS-based service delivery, or workplace technology solutionsExperience supporting coworking spaces or commercial real estate technology build-outsFamiliarity with project and operations tools such as Monday.com, Retool, HubSpot, or comparable platforms
