This role plays a key part in ensuring a safe and efficient work environment by keeping areas clean, removing debris, and properly handling industrial waste such as metal shavings and fluids.The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to maintain a steady, productive pace throughout their shift.Key ResponsibilitiesClean and maintain shop floors, workstations, restrooms, and break areasSweep, mop, and scrub floors, including removal of oil, grease, and coolant spillsSafely dispose of metal shavings, scrap materials, and industrial wasteEmpty trash and recycling containersClean machinery exteriors and surrounding areas (no machine operation required)Monitor cleaning supply inventory and notify supervisor when restocking is neededFollow OSHA and company safety guidelines at all timesOperate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, pressure washers, and industrial vacuumsComplete tasks efficiently and within assigned timeframesAssist with general facility upkeep as neededQualifications & SkillsStrong work ethic with consistent productivityAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionHigh attention to detailDependable and punctualKnowledge of proper handling of industrial cleaning chemicalsStrong awareness of workplace safety proceduresWork EnvironmentIndustrial machine shop settingExposure to metal dust, oils, coolants, and loud equipmentRequired use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toe bootsWhy Join Us?Competitive pay at $24/hourStable, consistent scheduleHands-on role in a fast-paced industrial environmentOpportunity to work with a team that values safety and efficiency Company DescriptionDiscover your dream job effortlessly with TG Solutions.
