These focus areas reinforce our values and help improve people's lives, patient care, infection prevention, and operational efficiency.We're seeking a reliable cleaner to service one courthouse per shift, scheduled 3–4 evenings per week with advance notice provided. Note: You will be guaranteed a minimum of 24 hours per week. The hours are from 5:00 PM to 1:30 AM and includes general janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and restroom sanitation. Ideal candidates are dependable, able to work independently, and comfortable with a flexible weekly schedule.This role will provide janitorial services to the following courthouses:Compton CourthouseNorwalk CourthouseTorrance CourthouseLAX Airport CourthouseQualifications:Empty, clean, and damp-wipe all waste receptacles as well as remove waste paper and rubbish from the premises to designated areas.Vacuum all rugs and carpeted areas, sweep or dust-mop hard floor surfaces, and damp-mop or clean spills as needed in offices, lobbies, corridors, stairwells, and public areas.Hand dust and wipe clean all office furniture, file cabinets, fixtures, paneling, windowsills, air-conditioning diffusers, wall grilles, and all other horizontal surfaces.Remove all finger marks and smudges from vertical surfaces, including doors, doorframes, light switches, private entrance glass, and partitions.Keep janitor's closet clean, neat, and in orderly condition.Other jobs and duties as identified or assigned as needed.
