Key ResponsibilitiesProvide legal advice on healthcare regulatory issues and assist in product design and launch within compliance frameworks Serve as a legal advisor on privacy and data governance, ensuring compliance with healthcare privacy laws and global privacy frameworks Support regulatory and compliance frameworks, assess risk areas, and contribute to compliance certifications and auditsRequired Qualifications8-10 years of experience in healthcare regulatory, privacy, product counseling, and compliance J.D. from a top-tier law school with admission to at least one U.S. state bar Experience advising on U.S. healthcare regulatory matters and familiarity with privacy laws Demonstrated experience in advising on digital health products and the legal implications of AI/ML Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide strategic legal advice
