World-Check, Dow Jones Risk & Compliance, CUBE, or similar regulatory research and compliance toolsMaintain accuracy, consistency, and professional judgment across submitted workIdeal ProfileStrong candidates may have:JD with 3+ years of experience in regulatory law, administrative law, compliance, enforcement defense, investigations, regulatory affairs, or sector-specific legal advisory workActive bar admission or equivalent legal qualificationExperience in one or more areas such as financial services regulation, healthcare regulation, energy regulation, telecom or technology regulation, environmental regulation, consumer products, food-and-drug regulation, or related regulatory practice areasFamiliarity with agencies or regulatory bodies such as SEC, FINRA, CFTC, OCC, Federal Reserve, CFPB, state financial regulators, FDA, CMS, HHS OIG, FERC, NRC, state PUCs, FCC, FTC, state attorneys general, or similar bodiesComfort reading and preparing regulatory artifacts such
