This full-time night-shift RN role offers strong differentials, a generous sign-on bonus, and a supportive, team-driven environment focused on whole-person care.Schedule & PayFull time – 36 hours/weekNight shift (1900–0700) with weekend & holiday rotationPay range: $32.94–$49.36/hr (based on RN experience)Differentials: +$4.00/hr nights, +$3.25/hr weekendsSign-on bonus: $15,000 for eligible candidates (new grads & external hires)Weekend Requirements (Self-Scheduled per 6-Week Plotter)0–4 years RN experience ? 4 weekend shifts4–10 years ? 3 weekend shifts10–15 years ? 2 weekend shifts15+ years ? no weekend shiftsRole OverviewThe RN provides high-level inpatient care, collaborating with providers and multidisciplinary teams to support patients across the continuum.
