Printed Fabric Product Development Associate

Position OverviewThe Print Associate supports the print development process from artwork creation through production readiness. This role works closely with CAD, mills, and internal teams to track artwork progress, maintain accurate records, and ensure print files are properly prepared for Encad printing and production. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, organized, and interested in textile and print development. Key ResponsibilitiesTrack customer artwork development requests and assist in preparing clear instructions for the CAD department Monitor Encad development progress, ensuring charts are updated daily, files are formatted correctly, and customer comments are communicated promptly Support open line print development by entering data into the MOD2 system, updating linesheets, communicating with mills, and following up on timelines Adjust files as needed to prepare for Encad printing, sample development, and production Rename, save, and organize files on shared servers according to internal naming conventions Review handoff sheets to ensure accurate entry of style numbers and artwork data Assign style numbers to new artwork and developments, enter information into MOD2, and organize documentation for the copyright process Order PFP fabric for Encad printing as needed Track swatch handling and maintain both physical and digital records Enter sales orders, fabric details, and production status updates into the MOD2 system Assist with color adjustments and simple design modifications Required Skills & QualificationsStrong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment High level of accuracy with Excel data entry Willingness to learn MOD2 system (training provided) Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop preferred) Basic understanding of print and/or textile design processes Minimum 3 years of related experienceCompensation - $58,000 to $62,000
