Managing Partner - Life Science Market Access and Commercial Strategy - €250,000 base + Benefits + Bonus + Equity.Europe remote with multiple office locations.This is an exciting and rare opportunity to join an innovative thinking, highly scientific and reputable Life Sciences firm that specializes in Global Market Access Strategy that has experienced consistent growth over the past 5 years, with the Global Leadership team growing by 200%. You will have multiple responsibilities, with plenty of opportunity to develop personally and to support in the development of the company, whilst bolstering services.Your responsibilities can include:Growing the firms offerings whilst applying your personal skillsets and developing the capabilities with complete autonomy.Scope, initiate and grow sales to senior executives within the Biopharmaceutical, MedTech, Medical Device and/or Diagnostics industries by leveraging content and subject matter expertise.Leverages network/relationships with industry stakeholders and thought leaders to support sales of consulting solutions.Overseeing projects day-to-day, including coordination and project management of internal delivery teams alongside client-facing coordination of projects.Line management and development of junior members of the team through training and mentoring.Building and strengthening relationships with an already established list of Top 20 Pharma MSA's in a unique setting.The ideal profile will have the following experience:Bachelor’s Degree in health policy, life sciences, economics, or related business-related field.15+ years of experience in Commercial or Market Access Strategy or relevant experience, including 10+ years of healthcare strategy consulting and executive level consulting.Strong track record of people management and development.Extensive knowledge of applicable country market dynamics related to coverage & reimbursement requirements.Excellent interpersonal skills and team building capabilities.Strong written and oral communication.Naturally, there are a number of other areas to the role, but these are the key areas.You will have a strong background in Global Market Access and Strategy, and be a positive leader, who can adapt their leadership style to different types of people in a varied and positive team.
