Sales / Account Manager – Automotive Aftermarket (TPMS)About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Sales / Account Manager to support and grow our Automotive Aftermarket TPMS business. This role focuses on managing existing distributor and retail accounts while identifying new opportunities within the aftermarket channel.Ideal candidates understand how the aftermarket works (programs, pricing, promotions, line reviews) and have hands-on TPMS experience or closely related product knowledge.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow assigned automotive aftermarket accounts (distributors, buying groups, retailers)Develop new TPMS business with existing and new customersServe as primary contact for customer pricing, programs, and product supportSupport TPMS line reviews, cataloging, and program launchesCoordinate with operations and supply chain on forecasting, inventory, and deliveryPrepare quotes, pricing strategies, and promotional programsTrack sales performance, customer demand, and market trendsResolve customer issues related to quality, delivery, or technical supportAnalyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to adjust sales strategy accordingly.Provide regular sales reportsQualifications3–5+ years of automotive aftermarket sales or account managementTPMS experience strongly preferredSolid understanding of aftermarket channels and buying structuresStrong negotiation and relationship management skillsComfortable managing multiple accounts and programsWillingness to travel as need 30%+Nice to HaveExperience with major aftermarket accountsPrivate label or branded TPMS program experienceWhat We OfferCompetitive base salary + bonus/commissionOpportunity to grow TPMS programs in North AmericaDirect exposure to key aftermarket customers and buying groupsStable company with long-term growth potentialHealth Insurance401K matchingPTO
