Not out of apathy — but because you know they can reach it, and accepting less is the genuine disservice. If this reasoning resonates, continue reading. If it feels unnecessarily strict, this position will prove challenging.Students at Alpha don't passively absorb lectures. They advance through adaptive applications at double the speed of conventional classrooms while simultaneously developing practical life competencies. Your responsibility is ensuring three core commitments are met for every student in your group: they enjoy learning, they progress at 2x speed, and they acquire skills beyond any traditional curriculum. You will also mentor the Guides who uphold these same commitments throughout your campus.Data informs every choice, and every interaction happens in person. Your time divides between leading your own student group and coaching the Guides under your supervision — with identical expectations for both: quantifiable advancement, without compromise. When a Guide's session underperforms, you don't draft documentation; you observe directly, discuss immediately, and resolve it that same day. You'll witness reserved students present with confidence to adults. You'll encounter a child who once "despised school" requesting extra time. And you'll recognize that the standard you maintained is precisely what enabled their growth, because upholding high expectations demonstrates your belief in their potential. You may be initiating an entirely new campus and shaping the foundational culture of the school. As the campus evolves, your emphasis transitions from hands-on operator to coaching leader, cultivating the team that expands Alpha's approach throughout your area.If this opportunity appeals to you, submit your application now. What You Will Be DoingFacilitating one-hour interactive life skills and social-emotional learning (SEL) sessions with students in grades K-8 on subjects including public speaking and concentration, adhering to Alpha's established frameworkConducting daily engagement sessions that ensure 100% of students reach their weekly application targets through age-appropriate motivators such as campus currency and performance rankingsDeveloping Guides via direct observation, focused feedback, and practical training so they execute sessions with equivalent enthusiasm and accuracyAnalyzing Coachbot data and student records to determine who requires additional support, then providing that support directlyPersonally mentoring your designated student cohort, demonstrating the coaching and engagement methods you require from all GuidesWhat You Won’t Be DoingCreating lesson plans or building curriculum.
