We’re a U.S.-based tech company with a high bar for talent, ownership, and execution — and we’re intentional about building a strong, globally distributed team from the start.About The WorkWe're looking for a hands-on Fractional Finance & Strategy Lead who can help us model, plan, and make data-driven decisions across the company.Specifically, you'll:Build financial models, projections, and scenario plansAnalyze unit economics and work backwards from revenue targets to inform hiring and growth plansPull and analyze customer data to surface insights that shape strategyBuild pricing and ROI models to support sales conversationsPrepare materials for investor updates and help manage investor relationshipsWork with our outsourced accounting firm on monthly and quarterly reportingWork directly with our founder / CEO as a hands-on execution partnerAbout YouRecent work at early-stage, VC-backed startups (Seed through C), in hands-on Finance/Strategy/BizOps rolesA background in investment banking, management consulting, and similar strategic finance rolesFinancial modeling and projections are your bread and butterExperience with mid-market and enterprise SaaS products, and highly comfortable modeling standard SaaS metricsComfortable working on an hourly basis (not retainer), tracking your hours, and moving with efficiencyBased in the USA or Canada onlyNice-to-haves:SQL skillsExposure to AI software businesses and outcome-based pricing modelsCompensation:We offer competitive pay based on the market and where you’re located. The salary ranges in our job postings are intentionally wide because they need to cover both U.S. and international candidates.
