Financial Modeling & PlanningInvestment ROI models (budgeting use case)SG&A forecasting models 2.) Budget Cycle SupportSupport development of upcoming budgets with tight timelinesAssist in preparation of materials for executive and board-level review 3.) Reporting & Data InfrastructureImprove actuals reporting capabilitiesAggregate and streamline data across systems (currently fragmented)4.) Strategic & Operational InitiativesSupport build-out of internal FP&A processes (e.g., IDP process ownership)Assist in standing up new operational and strategic frameworks Target Candidate ProfileMust Haves:Strong FP&A experience (non-negotiable)Financial modeling expertiseExperience working across full P&L (not siloed)Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesNice to Haves:Background in investment banking (highly valued but not required) Experience with data automation, reporting enhancements, or BI toolsAbility to operate as a generalist across finance functionsPrior experience working in fast-paced or evolving environmentsTechnical Skills:RequiredAdvanced Excel and financial modelingStrongly DesiredExperience pulling and working with data from:SAPWorkdayAnaplanPower BI or similar tools for reporting/automation
