Job Position: Concrete ForemanLocation: Charleston, SC 29418Pay Rate: $32.00/hrShift: Morning ShiftDescription:Gillmann Services is seeking for a Concrete Foreman in Moncks Corner, SC. Candidate must have a clean background.ResponsibilitiesFinish surfaces of poured concrete, ensuring a smooth and even texture.Supervise and coordinate the activities of laborers on the construction site.Manage contracts and collaborate with subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.Conduct quality checks on finished work to ensure compliance with industry standards.Assist in budgeting and estimating costs for concrete projects.Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols.QualificationsProven experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role in construction.Strong knowledge of concrete finishing techniques and tools.Familiarity with construction management software, including Prolog and ProCore.Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.Strong organizational skills with experience in budgeting and construction estimating.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor as required on the job site.
