Our client is seeking a Frontend Developer (Angular) to join a team focused on a large-scale modernization initiative. This role will play a key part in delivering the payroll module, which includes complex business logic involving taxes, deductions, and multi-state payroll calculations.*** RELOCATION to Des Moines, Iowa required. *** 6-month contract-to-hire.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and enhance modern front-end applications using Angular.Translate complex business requirements into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.Partner closely with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.Contribute to UI/UX design and improvements, ensuring a seamless user experience.Support the modernization and migration of legacy functionality into a modern application architecture.Create and maintain clear technical documentation to support ongoing development efforts.Required QualificationsStrong senior-level Angular development experience.Solid UI/UX experience with a focus on building intuitive, user-centered applications.Experience working in Agile development environments.Ability to work independently and collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders.Strong communication and documentation skills.Nice-to-Have QualificationsExposure to Azure cloud technologies.Experience working on modernization or legacy application rewrite projects.
