You’ll oversee a team while ensuring materials move efficiently from purchase order through production and shipment.What You’ll DoOversee end-to-end material flow from purchasing through production and shippingLead and develop a team across planning, inventory, and receiving functionsEnsure uninterrupted material supply to support production schedulesMonitor and balance inventory levels to avoid shortages and overproductionOversee MRP, forecasting, and production planning activitiesPartner with Production to align schedules and capacity planningSupport supplier management, issue resolution, and performance trackingIdentify process improvement opportunities and eliminate inefficienciesPromote lean manufacturing practices (Kanban, pull systems, etc.)Step in to support team workload and maintain daily operations as neededWhat We’re Looking ForMust-HavesHigh School DiplomaExperience in manufacturing supply chain, materials, or production planningProven leadership or team lead experienceStrong understanding of material flow, inventory control, and MRPSelf-starter with the ability to take initiative and work independentlyStrong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionallyComfortable in a hands-on, fast-paced plant environmentPreferredB.S.
