OverviewLIBRARY TECHNOLOGY AND SYSTEMS ARCHITECTInformation Technology Specialist, GS-2210-13The National Gallery of Art is seeking a Library Technology and Systems Architect to:Manage museum library systems, data, and hardware efficiently, effectively, and securelyDevelop and utilize relationships and professional resources to continually improve system architecture, workflows, integrations, and configurationsPursue opportunities to test and deploy new technologies for describing, digitizing, exploring, and delivering library collections in traditional and innovative waysProvide expertise and guidance that creates a confident culture of technical literacy within the library through instruction, documentation, and open exchange of ideasThis position will represent the library across the institution in enterprise IT matters and initiatives, especially those related to integration, authentication, data and system security, federal contracting, AI, analytics, and dashboards.
