Account Coordinator

Our client, a boutique agency, is looking for a freelance Account Coordinator to work fully remote, 20 hours per week, with potential to become a full-time staff role for the right person. This role will focus on their medical accounts, so you should have some experience in pharmaceutical review / approval processes (legal, medical, regulatory).The Account Coordinator will:-oversee the submission and routing of creative assets through PRC systems (Veeva PromoMats) and ensure timely delivery of assets and tracking of client approvals-coordinate with project and account teams to consolidate feedback from PRC reviewers, and notify internal teams when submissions are made / when feedback is received-ensure all required documentation, metadata, and compliance info are complete before submitting-track asset status, feedback, and milestones through to final approvals-help maintain project records, timelines, and documentation, as well as draft / review client-facing decks and presentationsThe Account Coordinator has:-ideally 2+ years of experience in account management, and fluency in using Veeva PromoMats / pharmaceutical review + approval processes-strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects / deadlines simultaneously-exceptional attention to detail, and verbal communication skills-familiarity with digital and social content workflows is preferredIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.BenefitsCreative Circle's Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
