WHO are we looking for? CAPTRUST is seeking an Team Lead with our Administrative Professionals team who will provide coaching and leadership for a team of regional and home office Administrative Professionals. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. in our Dallas, TX or Chicago, IL office location. Primary responsibilities may include the following, among others:ResponsibilitiesManage, lead, and train a large team of regional and home office Administrative Professionals, ensuring adequate support for all clients, Executives, Financial Advisors, and prospectsConduct one-on-one sessions with team members and write and deliver performance appraisals annuallyDemonstrate strong strategic thinking and effective conflict resolution skillsPeriodic travel to regional offices for training and supportManage all personnel and HR related issuesManage Hospitality Associates and ensure all events are properly planned and executeOversee all expenses for Admins, Executives, and Financial AdvisorsHandle any critical issues that arise in relation to events, scheduling, phone coverage, and mailManage timecard approvals and PTO requestsCollaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and supportPerform other duties and special projects, as requiredQualificationsMinimum Qualifications:Minimum 3 years' experience in a Team Leader or Manager capacity7-10 years of relevant experience working with C-Suite personnel and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experienceDesired Qualifications/SkillsDemonstrates leadership qualities (executive presence, emotional intelligence, guidance, vision, metrics, relationship building)High standards of professionalism (presence, dress, manners, conduct, communication)Superior oral and written communication skillsPrioritization skills; ability to manage many time-sensitive tasks simultaneouslyExtremely organized; enjoys keeping accurate and detailed documentationRequired: Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; ability to design spreadsheets using formulas, linking cells, and graphing functionsExperience with Concur and ADP applications is preferredEnergized by change and able to think “out-of-the-box” regarding process improvement, compliance adherence, and expense managementAbility to grasp financial/investment conceptsWHAT can you expect from your career at CAPTRUST?Our colleagues, like our clients, tend to stay with CAPTRUST for years.
