Role: Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET)Location: Plano, TXJob Description:We are looking for a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) with strong expertise in Java-based automation and Selenium to drive quality engineering initiatives for banking applications. The candidate will work closely with development teams to build scalable automation frameworks and ensure high-quality, secure, and reliable releases.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Java & SeleniumBuild automated test scripts for UI, API, regression, and integration testingWork with developers to ensure early defect detection (shift-left testing)Execute automated tests and analyze results to ensure application qualityIdentify, log, and track defects through resolution cyclesParticipate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremoniesIntegrate automation into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/Git) for continuous testingDevelop test strategies, test plans, and test data for complex banking systemsSupport end-to-end automation for banking workflows and applicationsCore Tech Stack:Experience in Java (mandatory).Expertise in Selenium WebDriver + TestNG / JUnit / Cucumber (BDD).Experience in API automation (REST Assured / Postman).LTIMindtree is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity in the workplace.
