Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role located in Orlando, FL. The Salesperson will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, identifying their needs, and presenting tailored painting and improvement solutions. Key tasks include managing leads, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and building strong customer relationships. The role also entails collaborating with the operations team to ensure seamless project execution and maintaining records of client interactions and sales activities. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage clients and build lasting relationshipsNegotiation and sales expertise, including experience with closing deals and achieving sales targetsAbility to manage leads, prepare proposals, and follow up with clients in a professional and timely mannerOrganizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and tasks simultaneouslyExperience in home improvement, painting services, or related fields is a plusKnowledge of CRM systems or sales software is a bonusSelf-motivated, results-driven, and a proactive problem solverHigh school diploma or equivalent required; further education in business or related field is advantageous
