In this role, you'll prospect and secure new business opportunities in commercial roofing, build lasting relationships with property owners and general contractors, and consistently exceed quota. Previous roofing or construction experience is highly preferred, and a track record of at least 3 years in B2B sales is required.Key ResponsibilitiesHunt for and build a pipeline of new commercial roofing prospectsproperty managers, facility directors, developers, and general contractorsConduct outbound prospectingNetwork and cultivate relationships at industry events, trade shows, and local business functions to increase brand visibility and opportunity flowMaintain accurate opportunity and activity records in our CRM; forecast sales and manage your funnel to ensure quota attainmentCollaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Project Management to ensure smooth handoff from sale to project executionStay organizedprioritize tasks, manage your calendar, and use sales tools to optimize productivityContinuously monitor market and competitor activity; identify emerging opportunities and articulate 3MG's value propositionQualifications3+ years of proven B2B sales experience, ideally within roofing, construction, or a related tradeDemonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotasStrong networking, communication, and negotiation skills with a consultative selling approachSelf-motivated "hunter" who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentComfortable traveling regionally for client meetings and industry eventsProficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office suiteLocation: Mostly traveling and working with clients across the Central Florida region.
