Analytics & Integrations Developer

Overview In this role you will design and support analytics, reporting, and integrations across the UKG Pro platforms to enable data-driven decision-making for HR and Finance. You’ll partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and Operations to translate business needs into practical tech solutions. The position blends hands-on development with stakeholder collaboration, offering opportunities to impact data quality, reporting standards, and enterprise integrations. ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and support enterprise HRIS reporting and analytics across UKG ecosystemCreate reports, dashboards, and visualizations using UKG Cognos BI, UKG Pro WFM Data Views/Reports, and Google LookerPartner with HR and Finance to gather requirements and validate outcomesEnsure data accuracy and governance in reporting; troubleshoot and improve processesAssist with training, adoption, and standardization of reporting toolsDevelop, configure, test, and support integrations between UKG and other enterprise appsUtilize UKG Pro APIs, UKG Pro WFM APIs, UKG Integration Tools, iHub, Data Import Tool, Boomi and middlewareMonitor and troubleshoot integrations; implement enhancements with stakeholdersProduce documentation, status updates, and communications for technical and non-technical audiencesSupport system implementations, testing, and production support for reporting, analytics, and integrationsCollaborate with analytics teams to support cross-platform data initiatives and data governance Key requirements4+ years in HRIS/Analytics/Integrations or related enterprise applicationsExperience developing, maintaining, validating, or supporting BI solutions and dashboardsStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skillsAbility to gather requirements, document processes, and translate business needs into solutionsProven project management and organizational skills with multiple initiativesProfessional maturity handling confidential data and ensuring security/compliancecustomer-service mindsetstrong collaboration across IT and business teamsclear written and verbal communicationUKG Pro APIs and UKG Pro WFM APIsUKG Integration Tools and iHubData visualization: Cognos BI, Google Looker, Power BI
