The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with healthcare IT systems, payer operations, reporting, and interface development. This role will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and operational departments to support system optimization, implementation, and Go-Live activities.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, maintain, and support healthcare system interfaces and integrations.Configure and support EPIC Tapestry modules related to Utilization Management, Case Management, Appeals & Grievances, Membership/Eligibility, Enrollment Administration, and Provider Management.Develop and optimize SQL queries and reporting solutions within EPIC Clarity, Cogito, Caboodle, and Reporting Workbench.Support interface troubleshooting, testing, validation, and production deployment activities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Participate in system upgrades, implementations, workflow improvements, and Go-Live support activities.Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, payer operations, and organizational standards.Analyze system performance and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.Maintain accurate technical documentation, interface specifications, and workflow processes.Required Qualifications Bachelor s Degree required.EPIC Tapestry Certification required, preferably in:Management Utilization and EnrollmentMinimum 3 years of recent healthcare IT experience.Strong hands-on experience with:EPIC Tapestry Utilization Management and/or Case ManagementEPIC Tapestry Appeals and GrievancesEPIC Tapestry Membership/Eligibility and Enrollment AdministrationEPIC Tapestry Provider Management and/or Provider/Vendor ContractsEPIC Tapestry CoreEPIC Business Intelligence Developer (BID)Preferred QualificationsExperience with Common Spec/DINE.Experience creating, maintaining, and optimizing SQL queries in EPIC Clarity.EPIC Cogito experience.EPIC Caboodle Data Model experience.Reporting Workbench report and extract development experience.Knowledge of Medicare line of business and related regulations.Experience working within an integrated health plan or EPIC Provider/Payer shared instance environment.SQL and/or PL/SQL experience preferred.Skills & Competencies:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare IT environment.Strong understanding of healthcare payer workflows and system integrations.Detail-oriented with strong documentation and organizational skills.
