Assistant Controller

Reporting to the Director of Finance, you’ll lead core accounting functions, strengthen internal controls, and ensure clean, timely, audit‑ready financials. What You’ll Do Own the monthly close and deliver financial reports within five business days Reconcile Trial Balance accounts and prepare key financial statements Provide clear, actionable reporting to support leadership decisions Lead the annual audit and maintain full compliance Reconcile perpetual inventory and improve inventory processes Complete monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies quickly What You Bring Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance; CPA/MBA/CMA preferred or in progress 10+ years in accounting/finance, including leadership experience Strong knowledge of reporting, audits, and reconciliations Proficiency with accounting software, Microsoft Office, and ERP systems (Acumatica a plus) Exceptional accuracy, communication skills, and cross‑functional collaboration Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth If you’re ready to elevate financial operations and make a measurable impact, this role offers the challenge and visibility you’re looking for.
