Controller

We’re partnering with a growing, global manufacturing organization to hire a Controller. This newly created leadership role will oversee general ledger operations, strengthen financial reporting processes, and support continued growth and transformation across the North American business. This is a hybrid position (2-3 days/week onsite).Reporting to the Sr. Senior Manager, you’ll lead a team of three, provide technical accounting expertise, and have opportunities to influence processes, develop talent, and take on broader responsibilities as the organization grows.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the month-end close process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.Ensure compliance with GAAP and corporate accounting standards.Oversee general ledger activities, intercompany transactions, fixed assets, and equity accounting.Manage consolidation and reporting processes.Coach and develop a team of three accounting professionals.Identify process improvements, strengthen internal controls, and establish standardized procedures.Coordinate internal and external audit support.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA preferred.6+ years of progressive accounting experience.Strong technical accounting and financial reporting expertise.Leadership experience or demonstrated potential to lead and develop a team.This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, growth-oriented organization where you can make an immediate impact, develop a talented team, and expand your leadership responsibilities over time.
