Film and TV Production Company Seeking Post-Production Coordinator (Onsite)

About the RoleWe’re looking for a highly organized, detail-obsessed onsite Post-Production Coordinator to help drive our post workflows and keep our projects moving on time and on track. This role is the connective tissue between our editors, assistant editors, graphics team, sound, color, and production leadership. This role is ONSITE ONLY - remote and hybrid options will not be considered. You don’t need to come from a post-production background—but you do need to thrive in fast-paced environments, love building order out of chaos, and have a natural instinct for keeping people accountable to deadlines.If you’re the type of person who color-codes calendars, follows up before anyone asks, and gets a strange sense of satisfaction from a perfectly executed schedule… you’ll fit right in.What You’ll DoOwn and manage post-production schedules across multiple shows and teamsCoordinate workflows for 10+ editors, assistant editors, and post vendorsTrack project progress, flag risks early, and proactively solve bottlenecksAct as the central communication hub between editorial, production, and leadershipEnsure all deadlines (internal and client-facing) are clearly communicated and metMaintain and update project management systems (including **BigTime or similar tools)Organize deliverables, milestones, and approvals across multiple concurrent productionsKeep documentation, calendars, and tracking systems clean and up to dateFollow up relentlessly (but professionally) to keep projects movingWhat We’re Looking ForExceptional organizational and time management skillsMUST be able to commute and work onsite in Naperville, IL (No hybrid or remote option)Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you’ll be working with a lot of personalitiesHighly deadline-driven with the ability to manage multiple projects at onceProactive problem-solver who anticipates issues before they happenComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume production environmentProficiency with project management tools (BigTime experience is a plus)Ability to prioritize, adapt, and stay calm under pressureBonus PointsBackground or familiarity with post-production workflowsExperience coordinating creative teams or managing schedules in media/productionUnderstanding of editorial, graphics, color, and sound finishing pipelinesWhy This Role MattersThis onsite role is critical to keeping our entire post-production pipeline running efficiently.
