Customer service is the number one priority. Some lightcleaning is also required.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Operation of an efficient, clean, and safe service desk and facilityBasic point-of sale register functions for merchandise, class registration, memberships, greens fees, range balls, and special eventsEnsuring friendly, courteous, and efficient service to all guestsCommunicating in a friendly and informative manner with guests both on the phone and in personSelling memberships and registering members for classes and various programsProviding information on programs, memberships, events, pricing, registration, etc.Assisting with merchandise display and inventoryRepresenting the organization through positive attitude and demonstrating a passion to help others enjoy the game of golfRequirements:QUALIFICATIONS:Previous experience is a customer service settingStrong customer service skillsDisplay of maturity, dependability, and trustStrong communication and phone skillsAbility to multi-taskBasic sales experience preferred, but not requiredPHYSICAL DEMANDS:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be metby an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently:May be required to walk, stand, run, kneel, climb and stoop.Must be able to sit on the floor and get back up.Must be able to lift, pull and pull up to 50 poundsMust be able to stand or sit for long periods of timeBACKGROUND CHECKS:An offer of employment is contingent upon receipt of satisfactory results to meetminimum requirements of the position.
