Collins), Centennial, Cherry CreekWyoming: Cheyenne Washington: Moses Lake, WAJob SummaryThe EHS Coordinator supports the development and execution of safety programs across assigned project sites. This role is responsible for helping maintain compliance with internal policies and applicable health and safety regulations while promoting safe work practices in active field environments.Working closely with site leadership and operations teams, the EHS Coordinator assists in implementing safety initiatives, conducting inspections, and supporting training efforts. The position plays a key role in identifying potential hazards, reducing risk, and contributing to a safe and productive workplace.Key ResponsibilitiesTraining & Development:Assist in delivering safety training programs, including emergency response, hazard communication, and equipment safetySupport onboarding and orientation for new personnelParticipate in and help facilitate routine safety meetings and toolbox talksPromote hazard awareness and safe work behaviors across the workforceMaintain accurate training records and documentationSafety Compliance & Program Support:Support enforcement of company safety policies, site-specific plans, and regulatory requirementsMonitor jobsite activities to ensure compliance with safety standards (e.g., permits, lockout/tagout, PPE, etc.)Assist in identifying hazards and implementing corrective actionsIncident Reporting & Investigation:Participate in incident investigations, including documentation and root cause analysisSupport timely reporting of incidents, near misses, and corrective actionsHelp track and follow up on safety-related action itemsField Coordination:Work closely with field leadership to integrate safety into daily operationsServe as a resource for employees regarding safety procedures and best practicesCoordinate with client representatives and external stakeholders as neededInspections, Audits & Reporting:Conduct and document routine safety inspections and observationsAssist in tracking safety performance and reporting metricsSupport preparation of daily and periodic safety reportsDocumentation & Recordkeeping:Maintain organized and accurate safety documentationAssist with data collection and reporting for internal safety programsRegulatory & Continuous Improvement:Support compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulationsParticipate in regulatory inspections and audits as neededStay informed on industry best practices and contribute to ongoing safety improvementsQualificationsRequired:OSHA 30 certification (or equivalent)2+ years of experience in construction, industrial, or similar environmentsBasic knowledge of workplace safety regulations and standardsStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to recognize hazards and support implementation of corrective actionsProficiency with standard business software (e.g., Microsoft Office)Preferred:Additional safety certificationsExperience with safety reporting systems or management toolsFamiliarity with risk assessment methods (e.g., JSA)First Aid/CPR certificationWork Environment:Combination of office and active construction/industrial jobsite settingsExposure to varying weather conditions, noise, and typical field hazardsOccasional travel may be requiredFootBridge is an equal opportunity employer committed to an inclusive environment where everyone is valued and respected.
