Prompt Engineer
Role Overview:We are seeking a Prompt Engineer who can bridge business strategy, data analytics, and generative AI to drive measurable outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who doesn't just write prompts, but understands how to frame the right questions, structure problems, and turn AI outputs into actionable business insights.You will work closely with Product, Operations, and Applications teams to design, test, and optimize prompts that power decision-making, automate workflows, and enhance productivity across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, iterate, and optimize prompts for LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to support analytics, reporting, and business decision workflowsTranslate ambiguous business problems into structured prompt frameworks and AI-assisted solutionsBuild prompt-driven systems for:Executive reporting and narrative generationKPI tracking and performance analysisCustomer insights, segmentation, and experimentation (A/B testing)Collaborate cross-functionally to identify high-impact AI use cases across different applicationsEvaluate and improve prompt performance using structured testing, feedback loops, and measurable success criteriaCombine SQL/Python-based analysis with AI-generated insights to deliver end-to-end solutionsCreate reusable prompt libraries, templates, and best practices for internal teamsCommunicate AI-driven insights clearly to stakeholders and senior leadershipRequired Qualifications4+ years of experience in business analytics, strategy, or data-driven rolesHands-on experience using LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) in a professional settingStrong analytical skills with experience in SQL, Python, or similar toolsExperience designing KPI frameworks, dashboards, or executive reporting systemsAbility to structure problems using hypothesis-driven or consulting-style frameworksProven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insightsStrong stakeholder communication and presentation skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience in financial servicesFamiliarity with A/B testing, cohort analysis, and performance optimizationExperience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)Exposure to prompt evaluation techniques, guardrails, and output validationBackground in consulting frameworks (e.g., McKinsey, BCG-style problem solving)
