Job Summary:
Be familiar with Omega’s internal policies, employee manual and Omega Quality Policy
Be aware of his/ her process/ subprocesses and know related procedures.
Assembly of various components
Ability to operate various pieces of equipment
Ability to pull parts for production work orders
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
May be required to operate a forklift
Must be able to read a work order and follow assembly diagrams
Perform additional duties as requested or required
Education/ Experience Requirements:
Educational requirements only where applicable
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Basic math skills
Ability to read and understand English
May be required to sit/ stand in one place for extended periods of time
Essential Requirements:
Represent Omega Environmental Technologies in an ethical, professional, and responsible manner
Completes standardized, ongoing duties and tasks such as sub-assembly, assembly, build, test, and inspect to meet production requirements
Read assembly specifications, schematic diagrams, and engineering specifications to determine requirements for each production order
May be required to perform installation and dismantling of components, this includes the determination of defects, rework, or replacement of parts and reassembly
Follow all safety guidelines and company policies and procedures
