Full Stack Engineer
What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is not limited to a single technology stack and can work across application development, integrations, data, cloud, and enterprise platforms.You should be comfortable working with both technical and business stakeholders, understanding business requirements, and turning those requirements into scalable technical solutions.Important: This is primarily a Full Stack Engineering role. Candidates should have strong hands-on software development experience in addition to any Workday or HR technology exposure.Senior Full Stack Engineer – Enterprise Applications & HR TechnologyWe are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to support strategic technology initiatives and 2027 business requirements within an enterprise environment.This role is ideal for a hands-on software engineer who can work across frontend development, backend services, APIs, databases, integrations, cloud technologies, and enterprise applications. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to work with Workday, Adaptive Planning, and other HR technology platforms.What You'll DoDesign, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise web applications.Build responsive front-end solutions using React, Angular, or similar JavaScript frameworks.Develop scalable backend services using Java, .NET, Spring Boot, Node.js, or equivalent technologies.Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices.Develop secure, high-performing, and maintainable software solutions.Participate in application architecture and technical design discussions.Develop and support integrations between enterprise applications.Build and maintain data pipelines, interfaces, and integration solutions.Support reporting, analytics, dashboards, and data-driven solutions.Contribute to cloud modernization and automation initiatives.Partner with business and technology teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.Support enterprise HR technology platforms, including Workday, Adaptive Planning, payroll, talent, and workforce management applications.Learn and configure Adaptive Planning modules as part of ongoing cross-training.Required Qualifications5+ years of professional Full Stack Development experience.Strong experience with React, Angular, or a similar JavaScript framework.Strong backend development experience with Java, .NET, Spring Boot, Node.js, or equivalent technologies.Hands-on experience developing RESTful APIs and/or microservices.Strong SQL and relational database development skills.Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.Experience working in Agile development environments.Experience with AWS or Azure.Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, testing, deployment, and production support.Preferred QualificationsExperience with enterprise SaaS applications.Experience with Workday, Adaptive Planning, ServiceNow, Salesforce, SuccessFactors, UKG, or similar enterprise platforms.Experience supporting HR, Finance, Payroll, Talent, or Workforce Management applications.Knowledge of data integration, ETL, and enterprise data pipelines.Experience with reporting, analytics, and dashboard development.Experience with Rally or similar Agile tools.Strong ability to learn new technologies, platforms, and programming languages.EEO: “Mindlance is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in employment on the basis of – Minority/Gender/Disability/Religion/LGBTQI/Age/Veterans.”
