Neuropsychology Leadership:Advise on the evolution and strategic positioning of ATCA’s care model through the lens of neuropsychology, including cognitive evaluation, differential diagnosis, longitudinal assessment, functional interpretation, and the integration of neuropsychological insight into personalized treatment planning.
Scalable Clinical Model Development:Guide the standardization and replication of clinic operations across markets, including care pathway design, interdisciplinary structures, and systems that preserve quality while enabling sustainable growth.
