This temporary, remote role (3+ months) offers the chance to work with a close-knit, high-energy team dedicated to collaboration and excellence. If you're tech-savvy, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have experience in manufacturing customer service, we want to hear from you!What You'll DoServe as the first point of contact for internal and external customers, responding to inquiries within 24 hours.Process customer purchase orders, sales quotes, samples, credits, and return requests.Manage customer escalations, ensuring prompt and positive resolutions.Use Salesforce to track projects, new business opportunities, and sales follow-ups.Support the commercial team with quotes, sample requests, and occasional customer visits.Collaborate with a tight-knit team to maintain a high standard of customer service.Participate in meetings to drive customer experience improvements.What We're Looking ForExperience: 2+ years in customer service or inside sales within a manufacturing environment (plastics preferred, e.g., Amcor, Berry Global, Silgan, Pretium Packaging).Education: Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college/technical school, or 1+ year of relevant manufacturing experience.Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Salesforce. Strong verbal and written communication for customer and stakeholder interactions. High sense of urgency, flexibility, and problem-solving skills.
