Electrical Project Manager(Commercial & Industrial Electrical Construction)Location: Sidney, OhioEmployment Type: Full-TimeSalary Range: $80,000 - $125,000Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead commercial and industrial electrical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role is responsible for project planning, budgeting, scheduling, coordination, and execution while ensuring safety, quality, and profitability. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.Key ResponsibilitiesManage electrical construction projects from bid through completionOversee all aspects of project execution, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractorsPrepare bids, estimates, and proposals; negotiate contracts and contract termsDevelop and manage project budgets, schedules, and forecastsSecure profitable work and ensure the financial performance of assigned projectsPrepare and submit partial and final billingsReview and approve change orders, purchase orders, and project documentationCoordinate with engineers, programmers, general contractors, and technical staff to ensure accurate project executionProvide technical expertise related to electrical design, layout, and cable placementReview electrical installations to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and applicable codesMaintain consistent communication with internal teams, customers, and other project stakeholdersAct as a liaison between field operations and managementSafety & ComplianceEnforce company and customer safety policies and proceduresMaintain safe job sites and promote a strong safety cultureEnsure compliance with company standards, customer requirements, and regulatory codesDocumentation & ControlsPrepare contracts, change orders, and project closeout documentationRequisition required materials and equipmentTrack and manage all project-related expensesEnsure accuracy and consistency with electrical standards and best practicesRequired Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum of 4 years' experience in commercial and industrial electrical constructionDemonstrated experience in a project management roleBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field preferredStrong knowledge of electrical systems, construction methods, and installation standardsProficiency with project management, estimating software, and Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skillsDetail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracyValid driver's licensePreferred QualificationsLEED CertificationAccubid estimating software experienceNew construction project experienceFire Alarm LicenseAdditional electrical certifications
