RESPONSIBILITIES: Automotive Sales & Leasing Specialist will warmly greet customers as they arrive Automotive Sales & Leasing Specialist follow up with prospective customers via email and by phone Automotive Sales & Leasing Specialist will gain an in-depth knowledge of a customer's interests to assist them with their purchase Automotive Sales & Leasing Specialist will follow-up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads JOB REQUIREMENTS Previous sales experience, including inside sales, outside sales, retail sales is a plus Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a "people person") Excellent follow up skills Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills Must possess the ability to meet, greet and ask for the sale At Gossett Motor Cars we are committed to providing exceptional customer service and we know that starts with our employees.
