NBCUniversal is a subsidiary of Comcast Corporation.Job DescriptionThe Coordinator, CityWalk Projects in the CityWalk Technical Services Department supports daily operations of CityWalk and Parking facilities. The role provides administrative, operational, and technical support, manages documentation systems, coordinates vendors, and handles financial processes for maintenance and capital projects.ResponsibilitiesProvide day‐to‐day administrative support to the CityWalk Technical Services department and maintain the facilities document database.Scan and catalog construction documents, system manuals, and SOPs.Perform accounts payable duties, processing POs and invoices for maintenance and capital projects.Coordinate with vendors for scheduled services, track change orders and costs, order materials and supplies, and provide updates to the Finance team.Complete special projects as assigned.Manage the department checkbook to track R&M, M&S, and outside services costs in real time.Upload annual operating budget spreadsheets.Locate and download documents for new construction and repairs.Coordinate vendor presentations for new products and services.Prepare weekly department financial reports for labor usage.Collaborate with sourcing on bidding projects and new vendor registration.Manage vendor IDs and parking access for vendors and contractors.Meet with project leaders or managers to understand capital or expense project details.Communicate schedule changes and project updates to the team.Coordinate activities with vendors and suppliers and maintain relationships.Cover the front office window and answer calls as needed.Assist with coordinating tenant meetings.QualificationsHigh school diploma required.Must be able to work weekends, holidays, late nights, and occasional overtime.Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.Desired CharacteristicsMinimum one year experience in an urban entertainment center, shopping mall, or theme park environment.Exceptional oral and written communication skills.Ability to multi‐task in a fast‐paced environment with limited supervision.Independent problem‐solving with a persistent follow‐through focus.Calm, decisive leadership in emergency situations.Team‐playing and promotion of collaboration.Additional RequirementsHybrid: the position is currently designated hybrid, requiring office presence a minimum of four days per week with the possibility of changes.This position is eligible for company‐sponsored benefits, including medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and various discounts and perks.
