Director of Strategic Initiatives

ResponsibilitiesSupport diligence of all strategic investments and client relationships alongside key stakeholders including senior leadership, finance and business developmentConduct analysis to develop strategic roadmap including near-term and long-term goals including, but not limited to, product development, site development, geographic expansion and business linesWork cross functionally with facilities, operations, business development, quality and other functional groups to develop product offeringStrategic Planning:Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and risk assessments to identify growth opportunities and potential challenges. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans. Helps support requests from key clients with focuses on growing outsourced logistics wallet share and deepen overall partnershipInvestment Strategy:Support investment analysis across cross-functional teams including 3rd partiesDevelop the process of identification, evaluation, and execution of strategic investments, partnerships, and potential acquisitions in the healthcare logistics sector. Conduct due diligence, financial modeling, and risk analysis to assess the feasibility and potential returns of investment opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including potential partners, investors, and industry experts. Operational Excellence:Drive operational excellence initiatives to enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality of healthcare services. Work closely with operational teams to implement process improvements and optimize resource and capital allocation. Cross-functional Collaboration:Collaborate with executives and department heads to ensure alignment between strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations. Prepare and present regular reports to executive leadership by highlighting progress, challenges, and recommendations. Qualifications And Job SpecificationsCandidates must hold a four-year bachelors degree in any field. Professional experience required. Additional Employment RequirementsMust be able to satisfactorily pass all preliminary employment requirements (i.e. drug screen and background check)Must have a valid driver's licenseThis position is remote, but must be willing to travel up to 25% of the timeAbility to handle multiple priorities and solve inquiries and issues expeditiously and efficientlyPhysical/Mental/Visual DemandsWork is light to medium in nature with frequent walking to perform assigned tasks. Must be able to safely conduct occasional lifting of 25-50 lbs.
