About the CompanyWe're working with an early-stage AI startup building real-time intelligence software for modern revenue teams. They're backed by a top-tier venture firm and founders from some of the most well-known consumer and enterprise technology companies. They're building fast, moving aggressively, and looking for people who want to be part of something defining.The RoleThis is not a traditional SDR or BDR role.This is a hybrid Chief of Staff / Revenue role working directly alongside the CEO. You'll be involved in outbound sales, strategy, operations, customer conversations, follow-ups, pipeline generation, and helping drive the company's go-to-market motion from the ground floor.You'll shadow the CEO on calls, help manage deal flow, assist with follow-up content and outreach, and eventually begin owning conversations and running your own pipeline.You will be the second sales hire at the company and extremely close to the action.This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants accelerated growth, significant responsibility, and direct exposure to building a high-growth AI company.If you want a comfortable 9–5, this is not the role.
