The Quoin Hotel - Front Desk AssociateThe Quoin Hotel in Wilmington, Delaware is looking for enthusiastic hotel professionals to join their team! As a Front Desk Associate, you bid a warm welcome to our guests visiting the hotel and are responsible for providing quality guest service as it pertains to checking in/out hotel guests; client and resident reception organization; bell duties; and concierge services in a gracious and professional manner. Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English (read, write, speak) with guests, co-workers and management to their understanding. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule.
