Server/Waiter

Duties: - Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner - Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently - Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items - Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner - Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables regularly and addressing any issues or concerns - Process payments and handle cash transactions - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and delivery - Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas Requirements: - Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role preferred - Basic math skills for handling payments and making change - Knowledge of food preparation, food safety, and proper serving techniques - Strong hospitality and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well within a team - Cash handling experience is a plus Please note that this position may require standing for long periods of time and lifting trays or other items weighing up to 25 pounds.
