Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and enhancing the dining experience for our guests. Waitstaff are paid weekly their hourly wage and tips.*Responsibilities*- Shift will be Thursday-Sunday 5-CL- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner- Take food and beverage orders accurately- Provide menu recommendations and upsell specials- Deliver food and beverages promptly- Process payments using POS systems- Assist in bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register efficiently- Build positive relationships with guests to ensure satisfaction*Qualifications*- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred- Strong knowledge of culinary practices and food preparation techniques- Excellent sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items- Proficient in using POS systems for order processing- Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently- Familiarity with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness standards- Experience with cash handling and operating a cash register (Clover)- Exceptional guest relations skills to provide top-notch service- Knowledge of sanitization practices to maintain a clean environment- Experience upselling Beer and Wine to guestJob Type: Part-timeBenefits:Employee discountFlexible scheduleWork Location: In person
