As you will be working at an early-stage deep tech startup, this role will span many different tasks. You will need to be a self-starter and be adaptable to performing many different jobs. Your work will tangibly impact our company and the composites industry, and you will be able to make rapid professional gains in an environment that encourages growth and innovation.This role involves building the foundation of Hybron’s quality program. This means leading the effort to establish a quality management system towards becoming AS9100 and ISO9001 certified. You will be responsible for ensuring that every part that leaves Hybron meets high quality standards through non-destructive and destructive testing, dimensional inspection, process control, and more.Working in a high-growth company, you will be wearing many hats: project management, requirements identification, process optimization, continuous improvement, equipment and technology sourcing, hands on direct inspection and testing, customer engagement, and more.Growth Opportunity and TargetsAs you grow with Hybron, your responsibilities are expected to shift and evolve.
