The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the vision of product innovation, brand leadership, and digital growth, with a focus on strengthening the company's market position. This executive will lead the end-to-end product development and commercialization process, oversee brand and product marketing, eCommerce, digital marketing, and customer insight programs. A key aspect of the role is to ensure a consistent, customer-centric experience across all channels and to accelerate profitable growth.Applicants for the VP role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, with an MBA strongly preferred. A minimum of 10-15 years' progressive marketing leadership experience is required, with a background in hardware, hand tools, consumer durables, or related categories being advantageous. The role demands a proven track record in leading multiple marketing functions, including product management, commercialization, brand marketing, eCommerce, and digital marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, exceptional leadership and communication skills, and the ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment.
