The RoleAMD is seeking an Internal Mobility Advisor to join the Global Talent Acquisition team and play a critical role in delivering a seamless, compliant, and high-quality mobility experience for employees, managers, and stakeholders across the organization.Reporting to the Senior Manager, Global Talent Mobility, this role serves as both a program owner and talent acquisition consultant, driving operational excellence across internal movement and relocation processes. You will own mobility offer execution, partner cross-functionally with HR, Global Mobility, TA Operations, and Hiring Managers, and ensure employee transitions are handled with accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex operational challenges, and is passionate about improving processes, reducing risk, and enhancing the employee experience through scalable solutions and strong stakeholder partnership.The PersonThe ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused, with a strong ability to manage complex, compliance-sensitive processes. You are a proactive problem solver who can navigate ambiguity, influence stakeholders, and balance operational execution with a strong customer-service mindset.You bring excellent communication and project management skills, along with the ability to identify process gaps, mitigate risk, and drive continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.Key ResponsibilitiesOffer Letter & Requisition ExecutionOwn mobility offer letter creation, approvals, and execution for internal movement and relocation requisitionsEnsure offers align with company policy, compliance requirements, and business needsIdentify and escalate potential risks related to mobility transactions, including cross-border and entity transfer considerationsServe as the primary point of contact for mobility recruiting operations, ensuring a smooth candidate and manager experienceMaintain accurate, audit-ready documentation throughout the mobility processCross-Functional Partnership & ConsultationPartner with Global Mobility, HR, TA Operations, and Hiring Managers to support compliant employee transitionsProvide guidance on mobility processes, policies, and operational requirementsDrive process improvements that enhance consistency, efficiency, and risk mitigationEnsure strong communication, governance, and operational alignment across stakeholdersProject Management & Tech IntegrationSupport mobility-related projects, process enhancements, and technology integrationsIdentify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiencyMaintain SOPs and process documentation to support scalable and compliant operationsContribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation, visibility, and execution excellencePreferred ExperienceExperience supporting internal mobility, relocation, recruiting operations, HR operations, or talent acquisition programsStrong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise across functionsExperience working in compliance-focused, regulated, or global environmentsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive or complex processes with accuracyExperience identifying operational risks and implementing process improvements or scalable solutionsProject and program management experience preferredAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of customer serviceAcademic CredentialsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Operations, or related field preferredThis role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.Benefits offered are described: AMD benefits at a glance.AMD does not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies, or fee-based recruitment services.
