Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. QUALIFICATIONS:Communication and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented and able to multitask. Experience in customer service or sales preferred. Our office is open Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:30-5 Tuesday, Thursday 8:30-7 Saturday 9:30-12:30. I have been a State Farm agent since 2006. Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member. I am a fourth generation State Farm agent. We currently have 16 team members at our agency.
