CGP: Sales Finance Ops Analyst

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Financial Operations Analyst to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base pay rate of $28.00 to $30.00 per hour. Job Responsibilities:Maintain accrual definitions for sales incentive programs within internal ERP systems.Analyze unit and sales dollar performance and manage accruals accordingly.Customize and manipulate data using SQL, SAP SAC, and Excel for financial reporting.Communicate with the Sales Department to confirm payout details and program facts.Process credit memos, reconcile accruals, and ensure accurate reporting through SAP systems. Requirements:Demonstrate proficiency in Excel, Access, SQL, Outlook, and Salesforce.Show working knowledge of SAP, BPC, and Tableau for financial and operational tasks.Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.Maintain high attention to detail while managing multiple deliverables under tight deadlines.Apply an analytical mindset to solve problems and support data-driven decisions. Qualifications:Hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as finance, business, or economics.1+ year(s) of experience in an operations, corporate, or analyst role.Understand pricing processes, including annual programs and one-time special requests.Administer pricing approvals and maintain accurate customer pricing records.Contribute ideas for improving data organization and sales reporting within a team environment.
