Within that team, the Sr. Consultant - Valuation & Modeling plays a critical role: converting strategic intent into tangible financial value, business cases, commercial logic, and economic narratives that land with CFOs, CEOs, and Boards.This is a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of strategy, finance, commercial design, and storytelling. This is where strategy becomes measurable, where the "why change" becomes a business case, and where Capgemini's differentiation becomes financially undeniable.You'll shape high-impact deals, work directly with senior leaders and client CxOs, and develop a rare blend of strategic, financial, and commercial mastery.If you want influence, complexity, visibility, and impact - step in.Your Role* Build robust financial and ROI models(P&L, cash flow, balance sheet) that translate consulting benefits into client financial outcomes.* Diagnose baseline economicsUnderstand current client financials, value drivers, benefits, and trade-offs.* Ensure analytical consistencyMaintain logical, high-quality financial modelling across towers and teams.* Infuse service portfolio awarenessUnderstand how CG's business lines create value and how that value shows up in client economics.Example: Translate a technology-led transformation into a CFO-ready P&L + cash impact model that guides the entire proposal.Qualifications & ExperienceStrong Academic background in Organizational / Business Strategy. MBA preferred,5-10 years of experience in financial modelling, management consulting, corporate finance, or value engineeringStrong analytical and Excel proficiencyAbility to simplify complex financial insights for non-financial audiencesCuriosity, precision, and a love for turning data into storyStrong problem structuring and hypothesis driven thinking skillsAbility to synthesize complex analyses into clear, concise insightsExperience supporting complex client engagements, pursuits, or transformation programsSolid written and verbal communication skills, with comfort presenting structured thinkingStrong PowerPoint and storytelling capabilities for client facing materialsAbility to work effectively in fast paced, high stakes, and ambiguous environmentsCollaborative mindset and comfort working across diverse teams and disciplinesCuriosity, drive, and a strong interest in large scale strategic deals and C suite problem solvingWhat You'll Love About Working Here?You'll have the opportunity to:Build a network within the Capgemini Group and contribute to the education of other Business Units around practice offerings to support existing account expansionPlay a significant role in client proposals and RFI/RFP responses from initial brief to final sales presentationsNurture and expand existing account relationshipsIdentify potential personal business relationships that can be leveraged by the practice to develop new businessIdentify potential project extension and expansion opportunities while staffed on projectsSupport the development of thought leadership and innovative offerings as they relate to AI/Data Science, Digital Customer Analytics, and Operational Analytics.Support the upskilling of the team members on topics related to Data & AnalyticsThe base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $120,000 to $160,000Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
