Delivery Driver

Overview We are seeking a reliable and professional Independent Contractor Delivery Driver (1099) to join our team servicing Home Depot deliveries in the Rogers area. This role involves safely transporting and delivering goods to residential and commercial locations while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate has experience operating box trucks, handling heavy materials, and working independently with a strong focus on safety and efficiency. Duties Safely operate box truck, 16 foot. Load and unload cargo using, pallet jacks and lift gate. Ability to safely strap and deliver construction /heavy duty items. Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals. Deliver to customers’ locations while providing excellent customer service. Verify delivery contents against invoices and obtain signatures when required. Ability to communicate with a dispatch system over the phone to ensure proper Ensure compliance with all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies. Skills Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, preferably with route driving expertise. Strong customer service skills to represent the company professionally during deliveries. Warehouse experience including loading/unloading and pallet jack handling is important. Physical ability for heavy lifting, moving items, and working in various environments. Excellent navigation skills for route planning and time management. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail.
