With a workforce of approximately 750,000 employees serving clients in over 120 countries, we leverage technology, data, AI, and innovation to drive meaningful change.Scope of Engagement Strategy & Consulting: We collaborate with healthcare executives, leaders, and boards to innovate, transform, and enhance operational effectiveness across strategy, operations, clinical optimization, regulatory compliance, and technology.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a strategic advisor to healthcare organizations, designing customized strategies to improve patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and care quality.Lead client engagements to achieve clinical and operational transformation goals through evidence‐based solutions.Manage large‐scale, complex healthcare projects, overseeing multidisciplinary teams to deliver on time and within budget.Develop and implement best practices in clinical operations, case management, care coordination, and patient‐centered outcomes.Lead workshops, working sessions, and presentations with healthcare executives, clinical teams, and stakeholders.Analyze existing clinical workflows, identify gaps, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance patient care and operational effectiveness.Collaborate with IT teams to integrate technology, automation, and data analytics into clinical workflows.Guide organizations through regulatory frameworks, ensuring compliance with CMS, HIPAA, and other healthcare regulations.Develop comprehensive risk management strategies to minimize risks related to clinical operations, patient safety, and compliance.Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to proposal development and client presentations.Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, payers, and industry stakeholders to expand Accenture's footprint.Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of healthcare consultants, fostering collaboration and high performance.Stay abreast of latest trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies impacting clinical operations and patient care.Contribute to thought leadership through whitepapers, webinars, and speaking engagements.Travel up to 80% as needed.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare leadership, clinical operations, or healthcare consulting.Minimum 5 years of consulting experience.Minimum 3 years of expertise in clinical operations, utilization management, patient care optimization, and healthcare system management.Minimum 5 years of experience with healthcare regulations, accreditation requirements, and compliance frameworks (e.g., CMS, HIPAA).Master's degree or advanced certification in healthcare administration or nursing leadership (bonus).Leadership experience with large healthcare systems or hospital networks (bonus).Proven success in improving clinical outcomes and reducing healthcare costs (bonus).Experience supporting healthcare organizations through regulatory audits and compliance initiatives (bonus).Strong problem‐solving, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.Why Join Accenture Healthcare Team?Work at the cutting edge of healthcare innovation, designing transformative solutions.Join a global team of over 20,000 professionals collaborating to drive large‐scale healthcare transformation.Take advantage of unmatched professional development opportunities and ongoing mentoring.Compensation & Location Compensation varies by office location, role, skill set, and experience.
